Osiana Forest (Japanese: 長の森 Nagano Forest) is Hora's second forest, located on Route 11. This forest attracts a host of Ice-type Pokémon, though some Bug-Type cocoon Pokémon that can handle the cold live here as well.
Geography[edit | edit source]
Unlike most forests, which are vivid green and possess a variety of Pokémon life, Osiana Forest is a snowy all year round, earning it the nickname "Winter Wonderland" by children. Like all forests, the trees are so thick that little light gets in, so those who live inside the forest have lights posted in several areas. The trees in this forest have adapted to the constant cold and little sunlight, and grow well here. Ice-type Pokemon and normal types such as Teddiursa can be found in this forest. The forest ends when it connects to the ocean, still part of Route 11. Due to constant snowfall, the snow on the ground is deep. Bikes cannot be ridden through here, and running is rendered impossible. Articuno is rumored to visit this forest
